first thing to check is that there is power to the motor by disconnecting the connector on the side of the motor

 :angry: :angry: the bloody thing just fixed itself... !!!

Its good news but I spent hours bloody tapping motors, fiddling with wires, removing door trims etc  :laugh:

Maybe its the warm weather... at least I can take the bin liner off the window  :grin:  :grin:  :grin:

I'm going to continue this thread cos i'm having the same problem - except my window is stuck up!

I took the door trim off, rattled the wires in the plastic connector between the door and the body of the car, swopped the switches for the windows in the dash, tapped the window motor....  :shocked:

You can try all of the above!! Hope it helps  :wink:
