Why change when mercedes is better than renault?

Well I only say because Red Bull are contracted to Renault until 2016 and they seem to have done pretty well?

I appreciate Adrian Newey is the brains behind the RB6/7/8 but its Renault power at the end of the day....

Renault engines are the most underpowered of the whole grid, including cosworth. They are also not as reliable as Vettel demonstrated a few times this season already. The best engine out there is Ferrari. It's reliable and quick. Mercedes is close behind.

Fair enough, but according to this source, Red Bull is the most reliable car on the grid (in terms of percentage of laps completed)

Ferrari have however had zero gearbox/transmission failures.

good move hami

Because Luca and Bernie didn't like the noise haha what a joke pair those nob ends are!

"Todt will probably scrap it".......will Ferrari International Assistance ever end!

Luca - Ferrari TP.
Todt - Former Ferrari TP.
Bernie - A complete prick.

This was Bernie and Todt at war in 2010 over the proposed V4 engine regs for 2013.

This was Bernie trying to postpone the engine regs in June this year....

And here's Bernie again being a c unt. Although Renault and Mercedes disagreed and Bernie's favourite bum boys Ferrari said, 'Ferrari dismiss rumours they would prefer them to be dropped, by saying they will happen.'

All in all. Bernie is a sh!t stirring c unt. But a clever one and it'll be a 50/50 as to whether or not it does get postponed.

Google the 86' BMW 1.5 Turbo charged F1 engine!

In 87' hey had to reduce boost pressure to 4 bar, because the engines were producing an estimated 1500bhp in qualifying!

From a 1.5

In 88' they reduced the boost pressure to 1.5 bar to bring the power down to a meagre 950bhp
