Running costs are remarkably low too, £288 with Privilege, £255 tax, and so far 26mpg, but expecting a bit of a drop in that last one soon  :wink:, a 4th year Audi warranty for £245 and 3 years Audi breakdown cover as standard (take note VW  :laugh:)

Really nice  Jonny. There's a sprint blue one that I see on the way home and it is v nice.
Daytona is great colour. Subtle and classy.

I drive near to the Hudds VW garage every day on the way to work. Might take a look at your old R.
Is it standard spec? Any issues?

I'm also wondering what the new S3 will be like (and when) now the standard A3 has launched and the S3 pics are out.

Yes, more or less standard ... Cruise Control, RCD510 and 19" Talladegas were the extras

No issues at all .. mine from new ... no prangs or any major repairs / warranty work ... Full VW SH.

I followed one on a transporter the other day, and at first glance I thought it was a RR Sport that had been upside down.
Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.
