Wanted 18" BBS SR or Pretoria wheels

Looking for a set of 18" wheels, preference is for BBS SR or Pretoria but others considered.

Just asked this seller for photos of the other 3 alloys, but just got told they are all in good condition  and no photos provided  ??

I'm also not sure if they are genuine as my understanding is that the 18" Prets were only available is silver not grey. Don't think they were an option on the Mk8 although they could have been a dealer or owner fitment.

Never a mk8 option 18" press and ir he won't take any photos of the backs they are rep's imo

18" Pretoria wheels were available in grey, silver and black from the dealer at one point.

I had a genuine set on our mk7 Golf, they were matt dark graphite grey and were made by Ronal.

















Hopefully the pictures of the back of the spokes will help you find a genuine set.

You can usually spot the genuine ones with the reference number under the valve caps.  The 19" wheels don't have this but the 18" genuine ones do and it's an obvious tell.

Cheers for the info, I hadn't appreciated the subtle difference in the numbers (or absence of) on different sized rims.
