got a golf mk2 wit central lockin the motor has been makin a funny grindin noise 4 some time, the other day i opened my door but the passanger door and boot didnt unlock. if i replace the motor will that sort the problem out

Inside the motor there are a series of cogs and the are slipping that is making the noise you can some times stop this by using a cable tie to hold the motor case together.

if i jus buy or get a new motor from a scrappy will that sort the prob.
is this an expensive part 2 buy new
