Climate Control Switches Removal

Any one any ideas on how i can remove the Climate Control unit under the stereo as I need to remove a hands free kit that is clipped in there.

obviously you don't need to remove all that; think there is just a surround for the Climate controls and then a couple of screws.

I'm not sure as i've got the manual air con controls  :undecided:

if i remember rightly its really easy to get out

the plastic trim around the unit just pulls off and there's a few screws behind it
