Amp tripping out
« on: 19 July 2004, 01:25 »
When i turn my head unit off then turn it on again my amp trips out, im now using the remote lead off the headunit it is running 12v constant from the battery.  The light goes from green to red as soon as i turn on my head unit. I have a JVC. Only thing i can think of is when i power it up the initial power causes the amp to surge and cause the protection to kick in. Help as this is really pi$$ing me off as i have to reset the 12v with the fuse in the bonnet  >:(
