Hard to take a photo of them but it looks much worse in person.
And from your 'new arrivals' post, that was with the guy at the dealer using the better sponge, reserved for prepping new cars. Thank goodness he didn't use the one used for service washes!
Slightly off topic; my car went back to the dealer yesterday for its first service. The guy on the service desk is into his car cleaning and detailing and fully understood why I didn't want my car washed with the the usual dealership Brillo pad sponge and dirty water after it had been serviced (it was spotlessly clean when it went in anyway). I still put my do not clean sign in the car and got them to add a note to the service job sheet
