Thanks, I'm thinking about having the other half of the roof wrapped gloss black or painted, I think it'll finish it off nicely

Chris its wearing Werkstat, prime strong and then about four or five layers of the Acrylic Jett (i lost count)

I've been using it for years, its so easy to apply, it goes a long way and its dead easy to top up after 3 months or so, its a sealant and it gives a real nice wet look.

Great idea.  I think a gloss black wrapped roof looks sensational on a white car.  There were a few guys in the Mk6 section did this and it looked fantastic.  Think it would suit the Mk7 even more.  Then you need gloss black mirror caps or wraps to complete the look  :cool:

Drove it 277 miles home from Alton Towers, terrible conditions between Manchester & Preston. Managed to get 51mpg in Eco mode which was no different to sport mode on the way down.

Car is so easy to drive especially when using acc all you need to do is steer.

I will need to go and purchase a pressure washer now cos the car is filthy.
