Report it to vosa, bad garages need action, I did it once with a Bmw I purchased with a new mot and rear diff mountings were fibreglassed in.

You have 2 option's, the dealer will or can be made to take the vehicle back if found to be unfit for the road by vosa and you get your cash back or you can have the garage fix the car at their cost as per vosa then they (vosa) will arrange if they see fit for your car to be tested by one of their inspector's/testor's. My mate's mum had exactly the same problem with a place in stockport last year. She had the car fixed by the garage where the dodgy MOT was done and this year it's flown through with no advisory's! So my advice would be let them do the work because it will be done by the book as it may be checked!

Good luck!

D.U.B.B.E.R.S by any chance?
And mots are not worth anything if its brand new from a garage, 9 times out of ten its matey-matey between dealers and traders, my mate got a car from a place in stockport just passsed a mot, the tracking was out took it to a tyre place and it needed 4 tyres before they would even touch it.
