Thought I would get the ball rolling and set up a lobby on GT5 for everyone to take each other off on :laugh:
If there's any issues in using the GolfGTI.co.uk name let me know and I'll remove it, I thought it would be the easiest name for people to find.
the room number is 1472 4711 0081 4387 6134 which will help you find it.
I've just set it up to run around Suzuka but the track can be changed to whatever people want.
Who's up for some online action.

I left in the end cus it was full of cheaters, also people kept starting the race before everyone was ready. Going to start another one with different settings

I don't think so dude no, I have sole ownership though, it just happened again so I closed the lobby which booted everyone.
I can't believe they have not included a simple option like only the host can start the game, f*cking stupid
EDIT, only other thing I can think of is for everybody to join a private lounge from the friends list in the home area under community, that should work.

You can lock the lobby to invited people only and you can also set the start to detect a false launch.

Where is the option to lock it to invite only? I can't see it anywhere, are you on about your lounge in the community section of the home screen?
I can get sole ownership of the lobby but all that means is if I leave everyone gets kicked. I want it so only I can start the race after everyone is happy with their setup and car.

Ah you see, I'm a bit dim.
The online side of things are a bit frustrating on GT5

Think it will take a while to find our feet, it's crashed twice on me when i've been in the lobby.
I've managed to win a Veyron and the 670;s now handling a little better.
The best fun i've had so far was using a stock Lupo GTI against the Cup Lupo's around the Ring in the Professional race. Found this in the used cars along with a MK4 R32, just need a MK1 now.

HERES A TIP FOR YOU PEEPS WHICH MIGHT HELP.
when someone sets a lobby up,if the rest of you have him has a friend go to community click on his name and where it says lounge there will be a little orange/yellow option just on top of where it says lounge(if hes online only), click on that and you will join him.
