getting angry cant get it to work
dave_iow lent me his lead and 409.1 cracked but it not working also been threw a procedure with vcds lite
still nothing

try and find the correct drivers for the cable (which can be problematic) but most issues I've seen are poor cables or driver related

Cable 100% works, but cant get VAGCOM to actually even load up on w7   :confused:

Need to run 409.1  :smiley:

You need VCDS to run on Windows 7.

If you find out how to get it to work on 7, post it up here! I tried all the drivers I could find and many other routes but all to no avail so reverted to using XP on a laptop I have purely for anything old enough to need certain ports (ie megasquirt). Getting it to work on that was a bind enough using various drivers to get it to talk to anything.
