Based on that mileage a VR6 is gonna hit you very hard in the wallet. You may wanna consider a mk4 tdi, still as quick as older gti's but a lot more economical.

With that sort of mileage, I would seriously consider getting a LPG gas conversion in place of the spare wheel or in the boot. It will save you a packet within a year. (about £3000/year saving on the fuel @ 38p a litre at the moment)

The VW's are the best reiaible choice for doing that sort of mileage. (or a Jap car )

yeh but the expense of petrol in a vr6 for that kind of mileage!

I had a chat with a guy at work who just bought Corrado VR6, he doesn't think I will get it insurred, maybe for 2k lol errr dont think it will be corrado then
