Title: Water Methanol Injection
Post by: markgti1.8t on 25 September 2013, 20:18: can any one tell me what nozzle they are using on there wmi as i think they have send me the wrong nozzle as its feels like its putting to much meth/water in as when it squirts in feels hesitant and not as much power as when i disconnect the wmi thanks mark

they gave me a number 3 and 7 using the number 3 the now but think it would be better with a number 2

I use the medium AEM nozzle on mine, starts injecting at 10psi, ramping up to full injection at 20psi

plenty of them about cheap :smiley: not sure they would be any good though and if you have to factor in rebuild cost better just buying new hybrid

Post by: shaft69 on 25 November 2015, 23:10: Whats your max psi, where mounted nozzles and nozzles flow rates if know them. I run 270cc aquamist nozzle after fmic and run direct port and have 25cc nozzles in intake runners. Wmi start 15psi 100% at 25psi my max psi is 30. Need check timing pull with vagcom use that set wmi start. Id start wmi at half of your max psi and 100% couple psi before max psi and check timing pull and adj wmi start accordingly. Set up correctly its awesome takes time.
