as above really, mine has worn through the fabric cos of where my ring rubs it, started off by the previous owner i think!
so how would you re cover a wheel?
find a nice material and spray glue??
want it to look nice and not an obvious repair!!

yeah if you know what your doing, also you will need to stitch it up from where it meets the other side of the material (if you know what i mean), or you can try looking for a saddler who repairs them
