good anti virus software should stop a keylogger installing...or try something like spybot search and destroy or adaware (both free downloads from the relevant sites..sorry can't put up link's from work :lipsrsealed:)

bin internet explorer, download latest firefox, install noscript and keep it up to date.. works wonders.
