how do you put the photos on the forum plz help asap thx

This has been asked loads of time, we probably should do a step by step guide and make it sticky somewhere. :smiley: Right, here goes, you need to get some web space to upload your pictures too, a good one is www.photobucket.com Sign up to create an account and upload pics from your pc to your photobucket account. Once you've done this there will be three text fields below your pic in photobucket, copy and paste the last one that has IMG tags in it and put it in your posts and it will show the pics. Basically you need to put the photo url between some img tags which appear when you click this button on a reply (http://www.golfgtiforum.co.uk/Themes/themis/images/bbc/img.gif). e.g [ img]www.picsofmycar.co.uk[ /img] There is no space after the "[" by the way but if I left it in it would try to display my nonsense URL. Apologies if I've confused. :wink:

Yeah but all the relevant information should be there for anyone on the first page of that thread..........well that was my idea behind it anyway. Do you reckon I would do better to split it away from all the image and signature testing and have it as a seperate locked and sticky subject?

Cheers Slick, the forum layout has all changed since that original guide of mine so thats a much better pic to use.
If I get some time later on tonight I will update my original guide using your pic instead of mine to avoid any confusion.
