What about just wrapping in standard black vinyl?

In that case, I would rather spray it ;) But I will most likely just get a new bonnet in mystic blue. Also will be easier to sell the car later on, as matt black or carbon bonnet is not everyone's cup of tea.

Just get that new bonnet off Joe, it's not like he charges rip off prices....
Golf MK3 1.8 auto and I didn't pay a grand for the "priveledge", auto windows all round and a AC. Oh and I've got a luggage net you pricks!

Does that make my willy look bigger?

Oh yeah it's called Helda or something....

I got myself a bonnet, which needs to be sprayed both sides.

The top is already primed, so just need to get the paint, spray it and job done. (btw, do you recommend VW, or Halfords is fine?)

What I want to know, is should I use some specific paint for spraying under the bonnet, or regular paint will be ok?

Absolutely gutted for you mate.  Just taken off a MINT Mystic Blue bonnet off my Golf (to go Vento) and I'd have happily swapped with you as I'm only respraying a spare bonnet (a different colour) so I could have just as easilly used yours.

Unfortunately it fell over and has about three big dents in it from stones and a few other chips.

Same man.

Looks like I'm out of luck with these bonnets. Joe had a mystic blue bonnet for me too, and it fell down as well, lol

So what about the paint? Regular one is fine?
