Fitted an R600 intake, drove for 100 miles, then refitted the standard airbox. It’s now listed for sale in that section of the forum.
Not a fan of the increased induction noise - my excuse is aged related 
Did you do the turbo elbow? and what filter did you go for?
I've got a very slight increase induction noise where it's nice, no turbo elbow and cotton filter with the foam oversock.
Hated it with the turbo elbow.
I have a one piece Revo pipe and inlet fitting that attaches directly to the turbo, which is staying on. Which turbo elbow did you go for Will? I bought a Racingline one years ago but never got on with it!
I went for the cotton filter.
I went for the Racingline turbo elbow and removed it as I hated the blow off valve noise, with just the intake you get a slightly louder induction which is nice without being too much.
I'd imagine you're in the same boat of both items is too much, oem intake is perfectly able for more power with the turbo elbow upgraded. Companies would try and make you think the oem intake is woeful but they don't really need changed.
