What product do use on the plastics Will??

Looks a nice sheen without being too shiny.

Koch Chemie Motorplast, it's actually more matte in person just photographed weird. I use it on interior mats, wheel arches, side skirts etc.
Mk7.5 GTI - Performance Pack, DSG, Sunroof, Dynaudio, Pro Nav, Vienna Leather, Climate Windscreen & last of the 3 doors....Many Sets of Alloys...

For many of us earlier mk7 GTi owners having confronted our nemesis in the form of Bridgestone tyres.

It seems the new Bridgestone potenza sport have conquered in the recent Evo & Autoexpress tyre tests.....one to watch?

I’d imagine it will be at least 2030 before anyone’s factory fit Bridgestones actually wear down as far as the markers! Do those hideous things ever wear out?

(Mine are sat in the garage with the chalk still on the tread)



@ Will, your clean engine bay has a naturalness to it. I like that. It looks factory fresh rather than ‘in your face’ cleaned which to my eyes is perfect.

These are my favourite wheels so I’m so glad I managed to find a set (at price I couldn’t miss out on)!
