Thanks to my purchase from Watts, i got around to fitting my TT short shifter to my car.  What a difference this small mod makes to the drive of the car. I’m now considering this again for my wife’s A3.

For anybody considering it, fitting took around 10 minutes or maybe 15 tops.

Why they didn’t fit this to the GTI in the first place eh!

Was it worth it? What difference does it make in real-world driving?

It does seem a bit more free to Rev but I’ve only taken if for a quick spin so it’s hard to say.

It’s not going to blow you away but I think it’s a worth while mod.

Just had the wheels powder coated and new tyres fitted

Really pleased with the finish and complement the car very well! :grin:

Looks good, just need the calipers doing now!!  :smiley:

Today I test drove a TCR.
Current: Clubsport45, white, DCC.

Past: Mk5 gti blue graphite, mk6 gti carbon grey, mk6 gti edition 35 candy white, Mk7 pp gti tornado red, 2016 Audi S3 sportback, 2019 7.5 Golf R.
