I did a bit of a first thoughts post in another thread, I don’t want to clog the forum up with it all too much, I’ll be burnt at the stake!

Hi mate I’ve just bought a pair of these. For £20.50 I thought why not. What setting did you have them on?

Got them set on the maximum 9, may have a play around in the future with them.

Can you let us know what number you decide on as it looks awkward to keep getting to the controller once installed to make adjustments . Thanks

Leaving it on 9, it is actually quite easy to adjust with a very small flat head screwdriver.

Today I found a whole new appreciation for the mk7 Golf, after getting a complete sh1tbox of a new Polo as a courtesy car.

I know it's built to a price but it's feels like it's made out of crate paper and wishful thinking.

After 30 odd years it feels very strange to not have a VW group car.
Liberating in a way, sad in other ways.

If I get time sometime soonish I’ll write a proper comparison now I’ve had chance to settle.

To be honest I think there might be a few others who move from Vw to something else. I can’t see myself getting a Mk8. Doesn’t do a lot for me at the moment. The bmw 128 looks interesting as does the 135.

I expect a full write up soon sir.
