Watts, you could always swap for the same!

3dr,manual, TR. Pretty good value I think for a '19 plate with del miles compared to a TCR.

I could, or I could keep the £10k in my pocket and just drive the one I have!

Yes, does make a £15k one look like a bargain. But still, a 2019 model is very good value for money at sub £25k. You probably paid about that for yours back in 2015...

I did and about the same for my Audi back in 2003! I was more frivolous though in those days

Removed the Spring Assist from the clutch. Makes the clutch feel a lot smoother. Nice little free mod

Good thing you liked it as it would be a job and a half to get it back on! The clutch stop is another nice little mod albeit not free, just removes some of the un-necessary pedal travel.

Went to my local Seat dealer and had a mooch around the Leon Cupra R ST with the abt upgrade. Looks fantastic with the gold accents. Going back on Friday to speak to the sales manager so better get mine washed

I keep eyeing the Leon Cupras up but it's the interior for me that spoils them. Serious bit of kit that gets overlooked because of the badge on the front.

The interiors aren’t *that* bad! They’re not up to Golf standard as you’re not paying Golf money. The Leon fixtures and fittings are still equal or better compared to most medium hatches below the so called “premium” brands and most of the switchgear is Golf based minus the chrome trims. The AID looks a bit more stylish too. Oh, and the radio/Nav screen is higher up and more visible. The Cupra brand has been well respected in enthusiast circles for over 20 years.

Remind me why I drive a Golf again?
Oh, because I’m an old fart and my local SEAT dealer is pants.

Do they fit the Abt module to the hatchback cars too or just the 4WD STs?

At the time I was looking at the Golf Estate I could get a fully loaded Cupra ST for about 4k less than the spec I wanted on my Golf. That was with a 6 speed DSG.

It now comes with the 7 speed and virtual cockpit... I think I'd go for the Cupra if I was going through it now. £28k is a bargain for what you get now in the Estate.

The Cupra does seem to lose more money though.
