Picked up my new R today!The last quick Golf I had was a VR6 about 17 years ago, the progress fast cars have made in that time is staggering.Even keep the badges on😉
Followed my wife's old GTI Pirelli for about 15 miles on a nice mix of B roads and pleased to see it looking great and being driven as it should

Swapped the front GTi badge for a Red one - must have gained 10 bhp
Topped up the oil today, 500ml went in. That's a litre I've put in so far and it's done 8200 miles over a year.
