Let me know when you want to meet up for vcds Matt.

Thanks Chris - the wife's A1 could do with a few items too (needle sweep, mirror dip and something else I can't remember). So they seemingly knocked the Soundator back up, but the volume fill lyou put on is still there.
Whey ya bugger! It's finally arrived after an 8 month wait....

Today I removed all four wheels and gave them a good clean and a wax. Two coats on the inner surfaces. Also gave the calipers back their lovely red shine. Wheel bolts seemed a bit too easy to undo but I used my torque wrench to tighten them properly.

Wasn't overly impressed to find one of the disc retaining screws fall out as I removed the wheel.

Also, as it wasn't specified in the handbook, does anyone know what the recommended number of times to scrape your knuckles on the ground is when using the supplied jack?

I took wheels off both cars earlier this year to clean them ,
you should buy a trolley jack it makes removal a lot easier and you then don't have to use the car jack.

Good advice but you're talking to an idiot. I have a trolley jack but it's buried in the shed and I can't be arsed to dig it out!

The ride height looks so high in those photos, I'm guessing the transport pucks give the car extra height?

I was hoping that too, if not some springs will be in order. I've not even got it and plans for mods have started creeping into my head

Fitted DTUK Pedal box after much cussing(very tight connections). Now playing with settings, on standard sport mode at the moment. Much improved response at lower revs to go with the REVO stage 2 tune. Also have 034 Motorsport dogbone insert(CNC machined). Better response than the Neuspeed insert and seems to be less vibration
