Yeah I have obdeleven. Just need to figure out if I need Batt charger also..

I assume I'm ok to just fit the brembo to rear and leave front stock pads / discs in place as they have plenty of wear left. I.e don't need a full set front and rear. ?

The wheel looks ok, but it’s down for a new one. Estimated said it’s a new car, so the wheel won’t be refurbished

Might be worth asking if you can keep the damaged wheel. Get it refurbed and save it for a rainy day?

Is there space for a full sized spare in the mk8?

I've two suggestions for you, both are the exact same just different colours:

1. Prep them and spray them silver, then lacquer over them with clear enamel paint.

2. Prep them and spray them satin black, then lacquer over them with clear enamel paint.

Personally satin black is my choice, I've tried the silver on my current car and it just doesn't stay clean, I'll be going back to black next tyre rotation.

Closest place when mine went this week was Sainsbury’s.

Aimed to replace with Panasonic as that’s what I took out but they only had Duracell in.  Can’t recal exactly which ones (was the only option there to be honest) but they have worked ok so far….

To be honest I didn’t notice the light on the key as usually just goes straight in the pocket due to keyless.

That said, I’m pretty sure I didn’t get a dash message.

Thanks Watts for your reply and research. I fitted new Duracell's(2025 expiry date) but will order some Panasonic's as well.

Good luck, I hope it sorts out the problems
