Yes, but you might damage the paint taking it off.

As Wayne says I'd be very careful trying to remove it. It's obviously an after market jobby and looks to be slightly wonky(?), depending on what was used to bond it to the car paint could be damaged when you try and take it off.

That said I think that the spoilers tend to snap more often than paint gets damaged so you might be ok, use a hairdryer (a heat gun may be too hot), and some warm water. Also some nylon or even dental floss can be good to help :wink:

Thanks Dom ive got to replace the drivers side door strips as both were lifting slightly and ive pulled them off  :grin: my dad got me a new set today which need painting and fitting so im gonna ask my painter to tackle it as I would think he has experience in removing them.Must say thought the MPG on these are awsome just driving round town im getting 46mpg and im not driving it slow  :smiley: thanks again for the advise  :wink:

Just make sure it is not bolted on before pulling too hard

ill mention that to the painter  :grin: its got to go its way to big.Just been reading about lowering mk4s sounds a right pain with the ARB banging is it..
