mrogers My Mk3 Project
« on: 22 May 2010, 00:09 »
Though i would keep track of my project on here.  The pics pretty much show how she was when purchased. Most things are pretty straightforward, apart from the crazy paving paint on the door and rear panel.

Anyway here she is, a 95 Dragon Green 8v.

and here is the crazy paving paintwork

I think they have a small one mounted where the oil filter is, if not then it sounds like a head gasket issue.

I was going for oil cooler based in my reading here.  There are no other signs for head gasket, no overheating, no abnormal watar vapour from exhaust, no mayo, no loss of power and still 29mpg when driven like a loon.

water badly needed changing is was very dirty, have changed it but these cars are gits to get airlocks out of.
