thought i better put pick up of my new aerial from wooosh

will get some of my black abc pillars when i finally unwrap them as trying to move this wekend aswell

evening all not a lot done lately lost a little love for it ,buttttt finally changed my rocker cover gasket that had been in the boot for quite some time and fitted my highline centre console.still havent got round to unwrapping my black abc pillars but might just do that this weekend lol

cheers mate ,its alrite but slowly starting to show its age,got the dreaded rust at the bottom of the drivers wing just havent removed the arch yet ,but one of the jobs for the weekend

I picked up my new 16v the other week, and the first thing I did was strip off all the arches and sill trims to check for rust! Pleased to say I found hardly any :) which is very rare for mk3's nowadays. I also had the arch liners out and cleaned out all the crap that collects at the bottom of the wings. Definately worth doing sooner rather than later!

cheers dan been toying with getting rid and getting a 16v myself,one near me same coulour 5 door still and 2 owners from new ,but hmmmm decisions decisions,whats the difference insurance wise mate ?

Shop around and you'll find little or no  difference in insurance costs. I've even heard of people swapping from an 8v and paying less!

My vr6 is cheaper to insure than both GTi's for some reason... but lets face it, its more expensive on the long (and short) run  :laugh: :evil:
