Today was all about the electrics.

First of all some expert repairs made by previous owners :screwy:

So I had to redo all of that and make it safe and functional.

Few examples:

afterwards I taped everything up with textiltape:

Wow that brings back some memories.

Reminds me of how some professional alarm fitters work on mine!

Yeah that's why the replacement alarm was fitted by me when I rewired the car, a "professional" fit isn't worth the CAT 1 certificate.

Ive been contemplating this myself,  every car ive owned that has had an alarm or immobiliser fitted by someone else,  predominantly a certified fitter has botched it.  Might as well do it properly myself for half the cost.

To continue the theme:

I cleaned up the fusebox and relays, replaced the fuses with modern ones and put them in the correct order.

I also replaced some connections on the loom.
