ok, thought it would be a good idea to make a list of pipe diameters for all different pipes etc on the 1.8t.
i can never remember them off the top of my head, not been on the 1.8t scene for over a year.. so, i`ll start with the ones i can think of then perhaps some of you can add to it so others can refere to it when they need to buy some silicone sh!t, blanking plugs, oil catch tubing, turbo inlets etc etc.
also you can correct me if i am wrong as these are off the top of my head..
boost guage vac hose.. - 3mm I/D
fuel pressure regulator - 3mm I/D
N75 to boost pipe - 7mm iirc I/D (i used 4mm stretched, looks alot neater and less clumbsy)
actuator - 4mm I/D (step up to 7mm to n75)
k03 outlet - 50mm
k03 inlet - 39mm
k03s outlet -50mm
k03s inlet - 44mm
k04 outlet -
charcoal can TIP inlet - 10mm (Iirc)
charcoal can TB inlet - 7mm
pcv manifold inlet - 7mm
PCV top breather hoses- 19mm I/D
brake booster off manifold - 10mm
fuel hoses - 8mm I/D
etc etc carry on and i will ammend..bored already
