R20T 'ring test spy pics

Could it be..?

The S3 brakes and twin exhaust certainly seems to suggest so. Obviously they will 'toughen up' the looks.. I for one am eagerly awaiting the official release.

TBH that looks about right - the R32 always did look a bit tame :undecided:

Going off GTI prices expect starting prices of £30k!

Looks crap in comparison the R32! The rear lights look hideous!

Well that's kind of the point. I doubt the bodywork design is finalised yet but the fact that they're out there testing the engine/chassis means that the rumours of a new .:R version are just one step closer to being true.

I'm shocked at the price of the GTi! I'm more inclined to get myself a S3 and either spend the extra on that or find a low miler and get one probably cheaper than a new GTi!

It's been said before, once Xenons are available you're looking over 25K with DSG!

Gone GTi | 3dr | Manual | Carbon Grey | Xenons | Monza 18's | RCD 510 |Rear Camera | Winter Pack.

Is is it me, or are the wheel arches slightly more flared than normal?

Again as above, was hoping on this, but at the current price level of the GTi is going to be stupid money.
