Title: Infotainment System Error 00014

Hi All,

I fitted a new battery this weekend and gave the car a scan after taking it for a quick drive to clear all the lights dash lights. It showed up with lots of error codes when I scanned with Carista and cleared all but one which won’t clear.

00014 which is coming up under the infotainment ECU list. I reset the infotainment system just see if it cleared it but no joy. Googling it comes back with nothing with that specific code so just wondering if any had any ideas what it could be?

Hi All,

I logged a support request with Carista and they came back to me with the following. Not sure if there is a better place to store it.

The fault code is this one:
0014 - Connection between Antenna Amp 1 for Digital Radio and Antenna B1274 13 [008] - Open Circuit Intermittent - Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear
