So new pads and discs fitted all round which is much better..

New oil level sensor.. Full service.. New secondhand turbo..

Car still smoking so likely to be rings or stem seals.. Might just buy a replacement engine and do cam belt and service on it and just change in a weekend save me hassle..

Car still has it's issues but it's still driving that's all that matters.. It is hunting on idle which we thought was he MAF sensor so a new one has been fitted and still the same.. Even on Paul away some, times it feels like turbo boosts and lets off at like 1300rpm.. I can't see any splits in vacuum.. Could this be n75 or the fact it has a bailey dv fitted ? Any ideas appreciated.

Also run it on my diagnostics and only thing come up is O2 sensor something or other need to check sensor and wiring under the car.

Picking up a new engine for the golf tomorrow it's 75k engine from an S3 engine code AMK which is cool and comes with k04 turbo and manifold. Hopefully be 300bhp before the year is out
