Title: Mpg query 1.8t (aum)

Hi again, just a general query to be honest, so I've noticed that my cars fuel economy has gone out the window, what is the norm for the golf 1.8t ? When I put my foot down earlier I saw 6.6mpg on instant?! (It has a s2000 cone filter & decat)

It will go that low on instant, my AUM does, but on average will see 35mpg easily and 40mpg if the journey is reasonably flat.

Mine seems to do about 50 miles to a tenners worth of tesco momentum fuel. Re-mapped aum. Engine management light is on, linked to oxygen sensor so hoping it gets better once i swap that.  :sad:
