The ironic thing is, I started this thread but then cancelled my order 4 weeks later because of the delays.  I still have the tracking order number and it's being built this week!!  However, it was a 5 door and we now want a 3 door....

if my confirmed build week 36 isn't built in week 36 then I'm cancelling. I'm not putting up with this sh!t any more. really piss poor customer service from VW. wk36 was still 22 weeks from my order date and another 2 to 3 for build and delivery take it up to 25 weeks, I could have built an estate of f7cking houses in that time!!

You may be one of the lucky ones....but they are far & few between. I think it's best to prepare yourself for a BW38 and then if gets built BW36 happy days.
