Morning guys, finally build week confirmed here too!! Assume its 33 same as you guys! Still means no car until September though! lol

There is one huge relief for confirmed build week - no procrastination for colour/spec changes - decision made and set in stone!

If it wasn't for my colour change and the dealership error that followed i'd have been getting my GTD on Tues instead of my dad getting his.  :sad:
Whey ya bugger! It's finally arrived after an 8 month wait....
MK7 R 5 door, manual, Lapiz Blue, Prets.

It does appear that it doesn't matter if you placed your order early (ie when the order books first opened) or late.... VW had always "intended" to build the first batch of customer GTis destined for the UK in BW33 'after' the factory re-opening?

I could be wrong mind you,  but why they couldn't tell us this right from the start I do not know?

Am I the only one of us early birds not with a 33-35 BW?  I'm still stuck on 39/40!  ffs :cry:
