Mk2 golf gti 16v special

Looking at buying a mk2 gti and come across mk2 gti 16v special rhd that’s been imported from the Netherlands. I can’t seem to find any information on the special, would this be a sensible purchase or should I stay clear of it? Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated!

What makes it 'special'? Well, other than it's a mk2 GTI  :cool:

It being RHD but from Holland is a bit strange.

Given it’s a MK2, age wise it could be an ex. BFPO car?
