Fitted a roof rack & bike carrier all Thule for a 3dr

Gave mine a quick wash yesterday. Really loving the Tornado Red!







It was completely effortless to clean (especially the wheels) which made the hard work a couple of weekends ago really worthwhile!

Also loaded some station logos on to the radio, looks really cool!

Dead easy mate... Download the GB logos from this link: http://www.volkswagen.de/de/models/golf_7/brochure/senderlogos.html

Put the file on to an SD card and insert that in to the SD2 card slot in the glove box.

In the Radio screen, hit setup (bottom right) and click on Station Logos. Select the SD2 Card and then scroll through until you find the one you want. You do have to add each one individually but it's really easy and took me less than 5 mins to do those in the screen.

Logos are a little smaller than I expected. Mine show up about 10mm X 10mm when viewed using the station info option

Took her to my dads house to take him out for a spin, he's convalescencing and no excitement, so I took him out and scared him stiff he said he loved it and the best day he'd had in ages

Well I never actually asked VW if they could supply them, I reckon they probably could, so long as you gave them the part numbers, etc.
As for insurance I don't know. As I said, they are "VW" springs fitted by a VW dealer  One I'll think about when it comes to renewal time.

What made you decide to go for the VWR Springs over the cheaper Eibach ones? Do they cause any problems if you have Dynamic Chasis Control? I don't see why they would but i'm looking at getting this done as the car sits just a little too high in my opinion.

The gimp next door is pressure washing his house and didnt think to ask us to move our cars, my gti is covered in little debris from it, not happy but guess i'll be washing my car this afternoon
