hello! i got a black f reggie golf gti 1.8 16 valver with 180.000 on the clock n going just dandy! oh and i'm from stirling in central scotland  24 miles north of glasgow  where the wallace monument is ha!

Whoops! Just noticed this area (only a few months late: put it down to senility  :laugh:)

From Appleby, nr Penrith, Cumbria (just off the A66) some cool roads around here, just need to get the '88(E) 8v GTi finished and back on the road to enjoy them  :grin:

Only one or two minor problems to fix now.................

Well fellas i got to admit i feel a little out of place on here but, my names Tony and i live in Southern California (U.S.A.) in the city of San Bernardino (it's about 50 miles east of Los Angeles)
i drive an 88 Golf GTI 1.8 DOHC 16v (CIS)

Cool bro thanks for the welcome, acually the VW scene around Southern California isn't that big. it's mostly air cooled, i don't see too many watercooled VW's rolling around, it's mainly asian imports (Hondas,Toyotas,mazdas,nissans, ect....) i'm starting to realize how expencive VW's are i need a fuel pump right now i priced it , it's $300.00 dollars! compared to $65.00 Dollars on my honda. I still love the DUB though.
