As of today if it's is taxed it must have insurance, regardless of where it is kept. £100 fine.

well thats sh!t. what about a car thats a restoration project, that would need insured too?

ah right, i get it now. lucky i read this cos theres loads of times ive had uninsured cars off the road with tax.

Got away with 13 days without insurance then declared SORN online.
