Cheers fella ,clocks are lockwood faces,they were a present from her in doors,couldnt say no  :grin: as I didn't like them to start with.

Ta mate,i think ive found the right ones for now ,just got to get them to stop rubbing when people are in,or just ban all passengers  :grin:

Agree, seen these on a couple of MK3s now and think they suit it very well.  As far as the rubbing goes, the latter option would be my preference.  :grin:

In need of a clean an a few jobs to do like extend the intake a bit and tuck the air filter behind the headlight.

Managed to get a 2.5" system , only problem is its made for an evo 3 , oh well better chop it up a bit then  :grin:





Crappy exhaust off at last!

Started to build the replacement 3" front pipe down to 2.5"

Ileft the pipe long until I knew where the rear would connect,so now I looked at getting the box mounted.

Having made some choice cuts I started to tack the various pieces together ,try ing  for max axle clearance as I knew it was going to be close when I drop the car down


So all tacked up and ready to weld it up,so unbolted it ,ah couldn't get the bloody thing out,thought I could just sneek it out but wasn't having any of it, so had to weld it under the car  :angry:
I know im using a mig on a stainless system but I don't care haha + im rubbish at tig  :embarrassed:

Will it hit ? :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:


Off for the test drive ,

It sounds like an evo now   :laugh:
