Another vote for the GYEF1's here. That's what I run on my Mk6 Gti. I pick up my Mk7 Gti next week and am not looking forward to having Bridgestones :-(

Whilst hunting for the appropriate petrol Performance Golf before I selected the R, I also tried a GTI sans PP and a GTI with PP in wet conditions. Under hard acceleration, the GTI PP had hardly any wheelspin, whereas the one without PP did have quite alot. Needless to say, the R was the best in this respect, with no wheelspin.

All three cars had 18" wheels shod with Bridgestone S001 tyres.

Still Saturday at the moment but if it comes in tomorrow I could get it early. Either way only 5 days at worst, I can handle that after waiting 89 days so far!!!
