new member saying howdy...
« on: 14 November 2010, 10:15 »
Hi guys, my names Tam from Dumbarton nr Glasgow. Heres a couple of pics of my mk3 8v GTI. being a confirmed mk2 guy for years I was highly sceptical about getting a 3 but to be perfectly honest with you I love it more than I thought I would! I bought the car standard with 114k on the clock and a nice amount of history. Since then I've dropped it on JOM coilovers, fitted some RS6 reps, red/black CC recaros, Momo etc etc. Since these pics I've also fitted a sportex twin tailpipe and some team heko wind deflectors. More photos later as I'm off to a wee mini-meet/photo shoot with some of the ScottishVag guys later....

Welcome mate, really like your car.  Never seen those wheels on the mk3, but they look brilliant.  Are they 17's?
