Managed to do a deal on a set of Pretorias for the R, will be fitted at the weekend.  Just need to get my EIbach's fitted now.

Is that one of the sets advertised over on the R forum?
I keep toying with the idea of getting some Prets as I need new front tyres on my 19's.
Usually when presented with the thought of a £300 plus bill for tyres or similar I just end up either getting shot of the wheels I'm running and buying a mint second hand set or selling the car!  :laugh:

the blue badges look great on the silver and the Pretorias look perfect.  Personally I wouldn't lower it as I think it has a nice gap to the tyres all around the arch.  But sure it will be look good either way.

Thanks guys, looks so much better than with the Cadiz wheels.

The Eibach's offer a subtle drop so it's not going to look 'slammed', just a little less arch gap and a tighter drive.

Thanks Rebecca, always meant to spec the Prets and got talked out of it by the dealer as I didn't want the DCC.

Driven about 80 miles on the bigger wheels today and I can honestly say I can't feel the ride being any worse than on the 18" wheels. Our previous Fiesta ST was horrendous by comparison  :rolleyes:

I think the Prets are pretty light so you aren't adding unsprung weight to each corner, because of this your dampers aren't  working beyond the bound and rebound control levels. Win win if you for looks and performance! :wink:
