Marks on speedo/rev plastic front

Anyone noticed any marks on the front of the speedo plastic. I've tried cleaning and rubbing and nothing seems to shift them. Looks like water marks but not sure what to use in case I scratch the fronts.

If you use high quality lint free tissues* and wet them slightly (with 50:50 Ethanol and Water) then that should get rid of water marks and will not scratch anything.
