Dropped my galaxy s3, now screen is cracked!

in the cafe today at lunch, 3 people waiting who had put in some orders for hot food ( so a few minutes wait ) all 3 had their phones out and heads down.

I did the exact thing. Dropped it face down and cracked my screen.

Went through my bank (Lloyds) and they repaired it within 5 days.

I just spoke to my bank about my phone and they said they can't guarantee that I'd get the same colour phone if they needed to replace it. What a joke! f**king Halifax!
