Sump looks good. How thick is the plating? Mine has 10mm armor plating and all the inside welded up and put on a level machine. Has taken a battering, but still holding up

Just waiting on a few bits for my downpipe, having a flange laser cut to fit to my system

should be finished by this weekend, decided to vent Wastegate to Atmosphere as i dont want to restrict flow (which it would if i piped back into the system as it would have to join right on the bend where the downpipe meets Turbo) and also wanna make sure the Temps are kept to a minimum..

here was the mock up with wastegate back into system (minus Flange to join to my exsisting system)




Also had to modify the mount bracket for engine as it was still fouling on the downpipe, this is a box section so iv welded a piece of metal inside to keep the strength.. just wants painting now










Got ECU back with Correct MTM map for the set up (so i can at least drive the car without risk of any damage )

Big shouts to Kim collins at QST for that 

will be off for custom mapping tho,

so yea all car is back in 1 piece just my downpipe to finish then it can make its first appearance at VW festival next weekend :-)

Been a loooong time since I took at look at this... When will it ever end? you're always finding things to do to improve it!.. Nice work.    Obviously a keeper.

Properly all buttoned up, fully mapped and working??! and all you can say is as above. You are a sick Fin man. Get some graphs up!!!
