can i ask if any one has managed to modify the reading light MK7 GTD adding in ambient lights ? i saw a post somewhere not sure if on here or somewhere else i would like to have a blue glow emit from the roof front and rear where the reading maps are - i dont know if i can change the bulb to blue so the glow comes from the switches above anyone done this at all ?

Got mine in for repair and had call from dealer to say the bracket that holds the radar is beyond straightening. Another 100 quid to fix!! On the plus side I don't need 500 quids worth of additional AC repairs so a net saving/spend of 400 quid  :whistle:

Booked in to have some spacers and springs fitted by the guys down at VRT Slough. Feel free to check them out!! Pictures to come......

Should look awesome mate....I wont be doing anything anytime soon ...Mine is on day 16 at Emden ...I swear if it doesnt get shipped by Friday i'm cancelling the order ! All VW can d is copy paste 10/14 days waiting at Emden etc etc ...furious !!!Anyone experienced similar delays ?

I think the average time is 25 days :grin:

What size are you going for? I have 20mm on the rear of mine(see photos on previous page) but not sure what size I'm going to put on the front yet.
