Yup! Had a go at them tonight but i think i need to put a little more paint in them as when the paints cured it's shrunk quite a lot so sits too low, grrrrr >:(

What are you going to use to sand them back, i have been wondering whether a machine polisher with the right pad might be good at it.

Well after my smokey engine last week which I thought that my turbo had gone,
After an inspection the garage is pretty certain it was down to the PCV system putting oil into the intake system and pressurising the crank, so decided to fit a Forge catch can, will be testing it out properly on Friday to see if this has solved the problem

Kit is a perfect fit and everything needed to complete the job

Parts removed

So what happens with the washer bottle spout?

does the TSI engine even need a catch can system, thought it was pretty good at holding oil and not building up.

Haven't heard of any TFSI or TSI engines having performance problems as a result of not fitting a catch can.

Just sent my super chips unit off to be reset. It has to be sent off so will cost £232.50.

Cheaper than starting again

Surely for £290 a R-Tech Custom Map would have been a better choice. But let us know how you get on :)

R Tech don't currently offer TSI software, they will put Revo software on.

The PCV is prone to failure and I think that was causing my car to smoke when it is really pushed, so I thought I'd get rid of the pcv and fit a can,
